Experience the fast, lasting results of Growth Hypnosis therapy anywhere in the world from the safety and comfort of your computer or tablet through Live Online Web Therapy (via Skype, FaceTime etc)
In a world offering over 400 variants of psychotherapy alone, choosing the right mental health therapy and practitioner for you can be a bewildering challenge for anyone. So when you do eventually hear about a system that really does work, you want to take that option. However it can be frustrating to find out that your therapist of choice is geographically out of reach, possibly on the other side of the world.
Following growing enquiries from people around the world, recommended from previously satisfied clients, I reluctantly began to offer online therapy sessions via web platforms including Skype and FaceTime etc. Initially I was concerned that the digital medium would compromise the effectiveness of the therapeutic interventions. However, nothing could be further from the truth. Providing a client has reasonable broadband connectivity and equipment, I have found the experience to be as effective as a face to face therapy session, with several advantages. You are no longer limited by geography; clients are often more relaxed and receptive when in the safe space of their own home; there’s no need to waste time and money commuting to the appointment. In fact studies have found that many clients may actually be more compliant with online therapy than with face-to-face sessions (Day & Schneider, 2002). And of course in the age of Coronavirus / Covid 19 pandemic and isolation, it means you don’t have to put your personal development goals and healing on hold.
At Growth Hypnosis you will receive live video online therapy, always from a qualified living human therapist. It is equivalent to the highly effective therapy I do face to face and not to be confused with some cut down digital therapies offering little or no input from a live therapist, which is often put forward on the internet.
So what do you need for Online Web Therapy to be effective:
A quiet room to yourself
Reasonably fast broadband
Ideally a reasonably fast tablet or laptop with a good sized screen
Reasonable quality earphones with integrated microphone
Download and register for a digital video call platform. FaceTime works very well if you have an Apple device. Skype, Facebook and other platforms can also be used. It’s recommended to keep the device plugged into the mains during the session to avoid risk of cutting out mid flow due to battery failure.
A comfy chair that you can lay back in or bed that you can sit up on.
A small coffee table or desk to stand your screen device on.
An open mind and desire to change.
